The teams for Saturday's Cotswold Hills League matches are picked purely on merit from those that have made themselves available. The Sunday side is made up of those senior members who do not get a place in one of the league sides (subject to their individual availability). This is to make sure that ALL senior members get a guaranteed game each weekend.
The Selection committee meet on Monday evenings to pick the teams for the following weekend so it is IMPERATIVE that members let the committee know their availability before then (and preferably by 5pm on each Monday) so that the committee has all relevant information regarding availability before them when they meet.
Once selected, you will receive a text message from the respective captain detailing where the game is being played and what time the pre-match meet is. Please do your captain(s) the courtesy of replying to the text to confirm you have received the message and are able to play.

2. In person to any person on the Selection Committee
3. By phone call

All of our captains do an excellent job in running their respective teams throughout the summer so PLEASE help them by confirming your availability each week prior to selection on Monday evenings.
Remember, if we don't know that you are available we CANNOT select you! None of us have crystal balls or telepathy skills!
